EDUCA is a non-profit Finnish international kindergarten and school for ages 3 to 14. Our authentic school concept blends Finland’s educational wisdom and international standards with playful exploration, discovery learning and whole-child development. Nestled in a leafy, upscale neighbourhood of Dedinje, EDUCA’s fairytale-like green campus creates the perfect backdrop for academic excellence supported by our signature wellbeing programme. EDUCA is operated by the Education for Serbia Foundation, a Cambridge-accredited PDQ Centre, and is verified by the Ministry of Education.

Can you share a student-led initiative, club, tradition or part of everyday school life that reflects the spirit of your student community?
At EDUCA, nature-connected learning is not an add-on – it is a deliberate, structured pedagogical choice, woven into every lesson, every rhythm and every moment of the school day. Our 45 plus 15 rhythm means children step outside every hour, not as a break from learning but as a continuation of it. They observe, investigate, build, question and deduce in direct contact with the living world, developing environmental stewardship.

How does your school empower students to become leaders, creators and global thinkers beyond the classroom?
EDUCA embraces a different kind of education – the one that honours character while nurturing brilliance. Blending the Finnish-inspired approach with the NTC framework, EDUCA’s learning and teaching are enthused by the latest innovations in neuroscience and pedagogy, which guide children to connect ideas across subjects through purposeful play and thoughtful enquiry. Our authentic school concept helps children discover their personalised learning pathways, supported by our signature enrichment programmes.
